This August First Friday event serves as our season reveal party, an art show highlighting photographer Kerry Tasker's work with our dancers, the studio's one year anniversary, and most importantly: the launch of our Kickstarter campaign. So much to celebrate!

Studio Pulse & Out North Contemporary Art House
Pulse's creative community challenge of the year, open to all artists, creators, and talents. Participants receive three prompts, create and premiere new works within one week, receive feedback from adjudicators and could win $300 + prizes.

Anchorage Museum at Rasmuson Center
As part of the Polar Lab Northern Initiative, Pulse Dance Company presents in darkness and light at the Anchorage Museum on December First Friday. This performance explores northern isolation, the depths of winter, the glow of spring and the importance of community. Performance on the fourth floor of the Museum at 7pm; free.
