Introducing: Kelsey Anderson

Kelsey Anderson is a seven-year performing artist with Pulse Dance Company, and is excited for the opportunity to now serve as the Interim Artistic Director.

Originally from Philadelphia, she is an intraoperative neuromonitoring technologist and lifelong dancer who began training in kindergarten, and continued through college on a partial scholarship. She brings a brightness into rehearsal spaces, and a passionate, magnetic energy to her work.
 

For Kelsey, dance has always been more than movement. It carried her through difficult moments growing up, provided balance during the challenges of college, and continues to serve as a powerful medium for personal expression.
 

By joining Pulse, Kelsey found a supportive community through which she feels empowered and inspired, and she aims to continue sharing that with others. Importantly, she has enjoyed connecting with youth dancers in meaningful ways.

Kelsey will be leading the organizaiton into the fall, and bring her artistic vision to life this winter.
